The place floods constantly; it is full of trees that drop hard wooden balls and brake car windshields. Residents do not pick up after their pets, the complex is with pests problem , and management does nothing to fix any of it. If you call the office, you are invariably assisted by a rude Latina staff member who always has a bad attitude. Many residents smoke marijuana, making it impossible to go for a walk in the evenings due to the smell which also enter into the other apartments. Six years ago, this was a decent place to live, but now the amenities are a disaster: both swimming pools remain closed for most of the year, and the Jacuzzi never works—or they open it for a single week only to close it again. The gym is absolutely disgusting; they never turn on the air conditioning, and only half of the equipment is functional. No parking for visitor and the and people in the directives like 4-22 have 2 spaces but prefer park in both so no share it. Also the only one que put stuff in the balcony without get warning paper in their door or get charge for that.

Genuinely awful treatment upon my return from deployment with staff taking pictures during their off hours of me, my vehicle, and my condo but thankfully I can afford a lawyer. Don't buy here, they charge about as much as a 3 bedroom home.

the pool isnt clean, they gym isn't clean, and they made up several HOA laws in conjuction to with a towing company for profit with them.

Worst apartment complex ever. Warning to all would-be residents: avoid living here at all costs. Their staff is extremely unhelpful and rude, and their stringent parking policies mess up both visitors and their guests. Their parking policy is to immediately tow any unfamiliar cars, which is really just an excuse to get good business with the towing company. They are crooks who need to have legal action taken on them, to be frank.

I'm sorry to report that my experience living in your community has been less than satisfactory, despite my initial positive impressions. As a resident with two parking spaces, I had been content with my living situation. However, I was disappointed to receive a call from the association today concerning a parking space issue that had not been communicated or discussed with me prior. During a renewal discussion with the apartment owner, we had agreed to keep both of our parking spaces despite the possibility of a discounted rate for a single space. Unfortunately, the call I received today asking whether we had a buy car asap to keep the parking space by next month indicates a level of negligence on your association's part. Furthermore, by withholding one of the spaces that I'm paying for, you're failing to provide even the most basic level of essential services that a well-functioning condominium association should demonstrate. This goes against the essence of a rental agreement's provisions, where we were supposed to have the assurance of two parking spots even tho we are paying for. I hope that you hear my genuine concern, and think twice when looking to live in the condominium Hollywood Parc. At this moment I be lost my second parking space. If I end up getting a 2nd car for my wife we wouldn’t have the option because the association took the parking space away from us. As a result of now only having 1 parking space the Tow Truck company and the condominium have a beautiful partnership. My car got towed as a resident when I parked one day in the visitors. 😭 $165 Cash Only.
