Griffis Pompano Beach

Been here for almost a year. There were some issues with the fridge and washer at move-in time but the staffs took care of it and we haven't had any major issues ever since. New management company took over with the same awesome onsite staffs, and we can already see positive changes. Keep it up!

I have lived here for awhile now, and I wanted to share my experience thus far, especially since the building has come under new ownership. The new ownership so far seems like they care about improving the property which is important, no one wants to feel like they are living in a dying building. But for me what has made living here the best experience so far is definitely the staff on site, Karol, Victoria, and Jose. Karol and Victoria work in the office, they are always warm and welcoming, great me by name, and always happy to help or chat. They all genuinely build a great atmosphere while working to make the building feel like a home!

My boyfriend and I recently moved into this apartment about a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The entire move-in process was smooth, easy, and stress-free, which made a huge difference during what can usually be a hectic time. The apartments themselves are very clean, well-maintained, and honestly just beautiful. It really feels like home already. A special thank you to Karol and Victoria! they went above and beyond to take care of me and my boyfriend throughout the process. They were professional, helpful, and genuinely kind, making everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this community if you’re looking for a place that’s both nice and managed by people who truly care!

All I can say is this team is awesome, Victoria, Karol and Jose are the absolute best. They help with absolutely anything you may need and they are the most dedicated team. I’ve been here 4 years and they have been the best this far
