The frontdesk staff seems nice and helpful, the place is modern and clean, close to amenities like wawa and 7/11 and many supermarkets. We don't see any safety issue at least from our experience. However, this whole community is workforce housing, meaning you need to meet an income cap to stay here. We only knew that when we came to tour the apt, which took us a couple days to book an appointment. They should make it very clear on the website on first visit and avoid wasting our time. Also, do ask about the parking situation, it's overcrowded because they can't build more floors in the garage. They said it was due to stricter guideline in Florida recently but my guess is the existing foundation cannot safely support more weight.

Regarding security, they should reinforce it and take responsibility for the safety of us residents and our belongings. My boyfriend's motorcycle was stolen twice from our assigned parking space, and the office hasn't provided any helpful response regarding the situation.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I was pleased with it all during the first couple months, but not anymore. When moving in, internet and renters insurance was included, yet just a couple months later the management decided it’s not included anymore and passed the billing to the tenants. Later on I needed a new parking spot, yet I was informed there are no parking spots available, therefore I have to be put on the waiting list. Keep in mind that a big percentage of the units are still vacant, and the parking spots are anlready out of capacity. And this area is generally very unfriendly to families. No facilities for children inside this building, and it’s scary to walk outside around the building due to the large amount of homeless people roaming freely here. Go look for an apartment elsewhere, plenty of new construction done in a much thoughtful way.

I have lived here for almost a year, and my motorcycle has been stolen from the parking garage twice. The first time, the police were able to recover it. However, on July 30, it was stolen again from my assigned parking space. What makes this even more unacceptable is that this property has a gated entrance, controlled access, and residents pay for security every month. Despite all of that, there seems to be little to no effective protection for residents’ vehicles. Paying for security should provide peace of mind, not repeated losses. This has been, without question, the worst experience I’ve had living in an apartment community. I no longer feel that my vehicle or personal property is safe here. I hope management takes this issue seriously and implements real security measures to prevent other residents from going through the same situation. I cannot recommend living here based on my experience.
