Based on my experience living at Gateway Luxury for the past year, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I have never encountered so many ongoing problems at a single apartment complex. The issues began immediately at move-in. The mailboxes were not properly set up, forcing residents to retrieve their mail from the post office. However, the post office was apparently not informed of the situation, which created significant confusion and pushback. As a result, many residents experienced missing or delayed mail for two to three months. The EV chargers were also not properly installed and available until approximately six months after my move-in date, despite being told they would be ready when I moved in. Management and communication were consistently frustrating. Multiple emails and phone calls regarding important concerns went unanswered. When I did receive a response, I was often assured that the issue would be resolved, only for communication to stop again without any follow-up. Billing was another recurring problem. I was overcharged on multiple occasions and had to repeatedly dispute the charges to have them corrected. At move-out, I was also charged a late fee because management failed to bill me properly. Although I was told the fee would be reviewed and reimbursed, my subsequent calls and emails were ignored after I paid it. There were also ongoing safety and quality-of-life concerns. The community gates were frequently broken or left open, my vehicle was vandalized, and there was a persistent marijuana odor throughout the complex that sometimes entered individual apartments. While I understand that some of these issues can be difficult to control, very little appeared to be done to address them. Overall, the combination of poor communication, billing problems, delayed amenities, security concerns, and unresolved maintenance and management issues made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend living here.
