Great maintenance staff, Michael and Briana are so helpful. Apartments are spacious and well kept.

I love this place—it’s so nice and clean—and the best part is the staff; they are very friendly and always helpful with everything. When I moved in, Julio and Pablo from the maintenance team helped me carry up some really heavy items and were so kind. Everything about this place is great.

I recently visited Fountain because a friend of mine lives there, and I was very impressed with the property and the professionalism of the staff. During my visit, I had the opportunity to interact with Michael, the Property Manager, and Pablo, the Maintenance Supervisor. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer questions and made me feel welcome while I was exploring the community and considering an apartment there. The property appeared to be very well maintained, and it was clear that Michael and Pablo take pride in their work. Their dedication and positive attitude left a great impression on me and played a big role in my interest in the community. Based on my experience, Fountain at The Ray seems like a wonderful place to live, and I appreciate the excellent service provided by Michael and Pablo.

The Fountains has been our home since 2019 and we just signed a new lease. Michael and Pablo have really turned this place around. If you had asked us a year ago if we would be here now we emphatically would have said no way. We battled some concerns for years - a quick cabinet and sink swap solved our issues immediately. They now check in on us and most of all they’ve communicated with us and made us feel heard. Come see for yourself and talk to management and staff today. It’s a quiet, safe place to call home. Thank you for giving us our home back!!
