I really enjoy the community itself. The neighbors are friendly, and it’s a quiet place to live. Unfortunately, the maintenance response time has been extremely disappointing. I moved in February 2026, and since then I’ve dealt with a leaking A/C, a malfunctioning dishwasher and garbage disposal, my A/C has stopped working twice, and now my washing machine has not been working properly for about a month. The maintenance staff are always polite and professional, so this review is not directed at them. The issue is the excessive wait time for repairs. Residents are never given an estimated time of arrival or timeline for service, leaving you with no idea when someone will show up. Every time I call, I’m told there are emergency work orders ahead of mine. While I completely understand that emergencies take priority, waiting for about a month for a non-functioning appliance is unacceptable. Communication and response times need significant improvement. It’s frustrating to pay rent and have to wait weeks or even over a month for basic maintenance issues to be addressed.

Great place to live Rosemary and Luz are very helpful and maintenance is on point . Great team . One only problem I had after was, the regional he will find anything to just keep your deposit , beware of this. You can leave the place spotless he will charge you astronomical amount for “cleaning”.

I would not recommend living at this apartment community. One of the biggest issues is maintenance. Simple repair requests can take weeks, and in some cases even months, to be addressed. Residents are expected to pay rent on time every month, yet management does not seem to hold itself to the same standard when it comes to fulfilling its responsibilities. The property itself is also poorly maintained. The sidewalks throughout the community have numerous cracks and uneven sections caused by tree roots pushing up the concrete. This is not only unsightly but also a serious safety hazard. Just the other day, someone tripped and fell because of the uneven walkway. Parking is another frustration. If you value keeping your vehicle clean, think again. Many assigned parking spaces are directly underneath large overhanging trees that attract birds. As a result, cars are constantly covered in bird droppings, and there appears to be little effort to address the issue. Communication from the leasing office is also disappointing. After requiring residents to provide updated contact information, management distributed notices stating that beginning June 9th, the guest entry gate would no longer remain open and visitors would need to use the directory for access. Well, June 9th came and went, and the guest gate is still left open. It raises the question of why residents are expected to follow every policy and deadline when management does not consistently follow through on its own commitments. Overall, between the slow maintenance response times, unsafe sidewalks, lack of property upkeep, and poor follow-through from the leasing office, this community has been a frustrating place to live.
