Fairway Vista Apartments West Palm Beach

The website’s apartment availability is inaccurate. I completed an application for an “available” unit just for the leasing agent to say it hasn’t been available for a while. Also, the price the agent gave me was $600 more than the online price I saw on Zillow and their own website.

Very quick to help me with any issues i might have. so nice and friendly easy place to live and I would not be able to live here if it weren’t for Kevin I would b very unhappy because Kevin is my go to guy and he has a smile for me everyday regardless if I ask the same question over again! Definitely recommend this community!

Lovely peaceful place to live. Have lived here for over 5 years. Marianna is a Amazing !! The grounds are kept manicured and beautiful. Wonderful on-site maintenance team. Our ac unit froze last summer and Marianna had someone come out immediately and fix it and they replaced the outside unit with a brand new one next day. Beautiful pool and gym. Close to all the shops and beaches ⛱️. Very nice neighbors and staff. All in All definitely 5+stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🤩

If I could give these guys a 10 star review I would look no further if You're shopping for a new apartment or a place to call home Kevin, Claudia, and Mariana, we'll go above and beyond to assist you and get in your new place couldn't be happier I have beautiful wood floors lots of room and space 9 foot ceilings pool jacuzzi multiple parks and great location Just great service and place all around, Kevin and his professionalism really says a lot and Claudia and the property manager as well we're very polite nice and just great to deal with.

I wanted to reach out to everyone thinking about Fairway Vista Apartments. I recently moved in this month and service from beginning to getting my apartment has exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Kevin and his crew in the Property Management Group that was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about what the community offers and fielded all questions honestly. Entering the main building gives you the owe that this is a resort apartment complex and the company lives up to expectations. There is full amenities at this resort complex. Several pools, jacuzzi, full gym, recreational room and business room. Complex is well maintained and clean. Lots of parking, and buildings well maintained. Support staff is very friendly and bend backwards to provide customer support. I went in one day and was able to view apartments, complete application and get accepted. Really professional staff willing to work with your accommodations. Moving was a snap thanks to Kevin, that went out his way to help switch my electric and secure renters insurance. Apartments are almost brand new with full kitchen, stainless steel appliances (Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Dish Washer). Bathroom features oval bathtub. I was very impressed about the large walk in closet in the bedroom, and lots of closet space throughout the apartment.
