Eterno Pompano Beach

Extremely disappointed with the new management. We had a serious bathroom issue in our unit for two days. We submitted a maintenance request, someone came and did absolutely nothing to fix it. The next day, after submitting another request, I was told this was “not an emergency” and that we would have to wait another day, while we were left dealing with an extremely unsanitary bathroom condition. This is unacceptable. A bathroom issue that affects hygiene and livable conditions is absolutely an emergency. The lack of urgency, responsibility, and basic concern for residents is very disappointing. The previous management was much more competent, responsive, and professional. This new administration clearly does not have the same level of care or sense of community.

While I haven’t decided yet on if I’m going to lease, it’s simply because I’m undecided about my moving timeline and the closet in the studio BUT Kay & Kim really did weigh heavy on my decision to call Eterno home when I’m ready. Both were so warm and sweet. Kay was super knowledgeable on tour and property grounds were so well kept! I’m a property manager and was able to appreciate every single aspect of my tour. Loved it! Thank you both!

Our initial tour with Fred was truly remarkable. He walked us through the model units and amenities with exceptional detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for service. The experience was outstanding from the very beginning. Kay, on the administrative side, was also incredible. She answered all of our questions and made our move—during a very busy month like December, smooth, pleasant, and stress-free. My family and I are extremely happy with the high level of service, the excellent maintenance, and the quick response to all of our needs and concerns. We truly appreciate the attention, hospitality, and support provided by both Fred and Kay. We are very grateful and genuinely happy in our new home!

After going through a couple of housing communities since I moved to Florida, I finally found one I am happy with. Eterno is such a nice complex! Starting with office management! They are all absolutely the best…all of them from Kim to Fred to Kay!! And maintenance is so helpful and they take care of the request right away! The valet garbage is on time and also good. The pool!!! The emaculate gym!! They even have a beautiful pool table and corn hole!!! Oh and the grill area is always clean and there are plenty grills gas and charcoal! Love it here!!!
