I would like to bring the following critical issues to your immediate attention: Unprofessional Management: The office manager consistently exhibits unprofessional behavior. Tenants are treated with a complete lack of courtesy and respect, making it highly unpleasant and difficult to resolve basic residency issues. Poor Sanitation in Common Areas: The communal restrooms are chronically dirty and poorly maintained. Basic sanitary supplies, such as hand soap, are consistently unavailable, posing a health and hygiene concern. Frequent Amenity Outages: Key building infrastructure is routinely non-functional. The garage security doors are almost always broken, and the elevators spend more time undergoing repairs than they do operating. This constant lack of reliable access is both frustrating and a safety concern. Excessive Utility Charges: The billing for utilities is disproportionately high. In addition to expensive water bills, tenants are being charged nearly $100 monthly for "common area electricity." This high fee is completely unjustified given that the common areas and amenities are rarely in working order. In summary, the current state of this building is highly disappointing and unacceptable. As paying residents, we deserve functional amenities, a clean environment, and respectful treatment from the staff.
