Esmeral Palms has been my home for over 15 years, and I am incredibly grateful to be part of this wonderful community. From the office staff and the maintenance team, who are always available to help and serve all the residents, to all the great neighbors I've had the pleasure of living with, I'm so grateful. This is a safe, clean community in a fantastic location.

I'm very happy to live here. I've been here for three years and the truth is the prices are affordable, the apartments are very comfortable and the location is excellent.

Grateful to be able to live in this beautiful and harmonious community, where respect and good vibes surround us. Thanks to the administration for their interest in improving the living conditions and well-being of all residents. This is an older property, but even so, the maintenance team and the office team are always attentive to ensuring that service orders are carried out as soon as possible and to keeping the common areas clean and well maintained.
