Shoutout to the leasing office and maintenance team. I’ve had a couple of things need fixing and they’ve been very diligent every time. Thanks for being so responsive and helpful

Terrible management. We reported a water leak and abnormal bills multiple times, but nobody properly handled the issue. After months of overpaying because of THEIR maintenance problem, they denied any reimbursement. Completely unfair and very disappointing experience.

My experience so far with the staff and maintenance has been awesome! Jasmine has made it a stress free and always willing to help. Helping me with any pending issues I had. Maintenance is also on point. No complaints and highly recommend!

My family and I will have been tenants for 1 year in June at Elliot Cocoplum. We love our townhouse and most of all the maintenance requests are done quickly. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and professional. The development is peaceful, clean and they have events at the clubhouse that you can do with your family. The ONLY con is the bedroom closet doors. The closet are huge 😍, which I love but the sliding doors are so outdated they can be hazardous when trying to get in and out of your closet. But I would definitely recommend living here. 🏡🤗
