A very peaceful place

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions in the apartment where my mother resides, located in the El Jardín Dr apartment complex. She has been dealing with multiple serious issues for several weeks now, and there has been no proper response or resolution from management. First, the air conditioning has been broken for weeks, which is unacceptable given the current high temperatures. Additionally, the refrigerator is also not working properly, making it difficult to store food safely. To make matters worse, there is visible mold in the apartment, which poses a serious health risk to my mother and any other residents. This is an urgent issue that requires immediate maintenance attention. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication from the management. The manager is never in the office and does not answer phone calls, making it impossible to report problems or get any updates. I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately. If we do not receive a prompt response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities or consider legal action, as this level of negligence is unacceptable.
