I had an incredibly underwhelming experience here today with my son and daughter. Upon arrival, we were completely ignored until my son had to seek out staff. After waiting on the couch, an employee told us she would be back in 5 minutes, only to walk right past us without a word when she returned. We had to ask for help a second time just to get to a desk. The application process felt disorganized, with constant back-and-forth that made me feel entirely unwelcome. To make matters worse, staff eventually claimed my children earned "too much" to qualify, even though we comfortably meet the income requirements to pay rent. I received a lovely, welcoming email from Ms. Barbara prior to my visit, but the actual office staff provided the exact opposite experience. I left feeling judged, rejected, and unwanted as a tenant. Making applicants feel this way is a horrible business practice.

The maintenance team is great. Thank you for your great work.

Leasing office associates Barbara and Heydi are both incredible young ladies; they have been extremely thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process of applying for an apartment. They have great positive energy and willing to provide assistance however they may to alleviate the stresses of applications and paperwork.

The ladies at the office, Heydi and Barbara, were very kind and gave me a very warm welcome. They helped me with the whole process. I'm very grateful.
