Our Leasing Office Manager, Rachel Rosas, does an Awesome job of providing great service to us residents! Rachel is attentive to our requests and always responds to our emails. She keeps the building secure with a Great security system. And the building is very clean as Rachel hires excellent cleaning staff. I lived in this community for 3 years, until my lease ended in October 2025. The first two years were good, but during the last year the community declined significantly. One of the biggest issues was security. I had 3 packages stolen — two from the mailroom and one directly from my doorstep. When I contacted management to request camera footage, I was told they could not identify the people responsible. That response honestly made me question how secure the building really is. It felt like anyone could simply walk in and steal packages without consequences. To make matters worse, we also caught people doing drugs in the stairwells on multiple occasions. Again, this raised serious concerns about the safety and security of the property, especially for families. Parking was another constant frustration. My assigned numbered parking spot was repeatedly taken by other vehicles. I contacted the towing company only to find out they didn’t even tow within the community. I also reached out to management multiple times, but nothing was ever resolved. Noise also became a major problem. We tried to be understanding, but there were many nights when people were partying in the pool area until 5–6 AM, even on SUNDAYS!!! Speaking of the pool, it often appeared poorly maintained, with iguana feces present on multiple occasions, glass beer bottles on the floor (not even in trash cans) even though glass was prohibited in pool area. The amenities overall feel outdated and poorly maintained. The BBQ area was almost always disgusting because residents would leave it dirty and no one properly cleaned or enforced rules around it. Another frustrating issue was the clubhouse policy. The fees and rules were not clearly explained at the beginning of the lease. If you want to use the clubhouse, you are required to pay both a fee and a deposit, which together total around $500. That should be disclosed more transparently upfront. The fire alarm situation was also terrible. During the 3 years we lived there, the alarms went off countless times for no apparent reason — including multiple occasions in the middle of the night around 4 AM. It became extremely disruptive and frustrating over time. Another ongoing issue was the elevators. The east elevator was constantly out of service, so residents were frequently left relying on only one working elevator. As for the apartment itself, the units feel outdated and the water pressure was extremely low. When we asked maintenance about it, we were told there was nothing they could do. The only real positive about the apartment was that the 1 bed / 1 bath layout was very spacious, but for the price, I’d look for something better and nicer! More recently, I called regarding a concern connected to my previous residency and had the unfortunate experience of speaking with “Isabella.” She was dismissive, impatient, and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain my concern. I actually had to stop her and ask if she could let me finish speaking. The only consistently positive part of this community was the maintenance and cleaning staff — they were always kind, respectful, and hardworking.

Just wanted to mention that the cleaning crew here at the building do a phenomenal job the club house , bathroom , gym area ext… is immaculate. They deserve to be rewarded for continuous hard work and determination.
