Great community with an excellent management team. A special thank you to Michael, who is always friendly, responsive, and professional. He gets things done quickly and efficiently, and you can always count on him. We really appreciate all his hard work!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Abraham, he does an outstanding job taking care of the community and making sure residents’ needs are handled quickly and professionally. Whenever something needs attention in our apartment, Abraham is dependable, hardworking, and always willing to help. He takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail, and goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Having someone like Abraham on the maintenance team makes a big difference. His dedication, positive attitude, and excellent service are truly appreciated. Crystal Palms is lucky to have him!

Abraham was excellent 👌 helped me out and fixed what I needed asap. When you have something break in this neighborhood it will most likely get fixed the next day.
