Original Post: I'm getting really sick and tired of the blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism shown in this community. I have had my apartment accessed multiple times WITHOUT permission to enter. The Welcome Center staff couldn't care less either. The violations are all documented by my Ring Camera and Email or Work Order exchanges. If you enjoy your privacy and not having strangers walk in on you changing or showering... this might not be the spot for you. Cute to look at though... (Ring Camera video proof posted on Yelp Review) UPDATE: People don’t usually publicly admit to their wrongdoing. And Camille’s response is an example of that. I understand wanting to protect the image of a business. But the proof is literally in my screen shots — which state NO PERMISSION TO ENTER. The response to my review also neglects to acknowledge the fact that maintenance showed up unannounced and entered my home on a Friday, when they scheduled the follow-up visit for Monday. So, therefore, they came unannounced 3 DAYS early — AFTER determining that there was no further issue with my sink. There wasn’t a leak at all. The sink detached from the countertop because it was held together with caulk… don’t even get me started on that… Furthermore, this blatant disregard for my “no permission to enter” work orders IS an ongoing issue. As stated before — if anyone needs “proof” that my home has been entered without permission. A clearly time stamped video from my Ring Camera is posted on Yelp. You can hear me yelling across my apartment from my bedroom for them to LEAVE because I am half dressed and NOT EXPECTING a visitor. I don’t know how someone who claims to be a professional can ignore something so clearly and plainly written out… but hey, everyone has different standards. Some people’s standards are pretty low, and they just don’t care about the things that don’t affect them personally. Can’t relate… My privacy and requests are not respected. I don’t recommend this complex. Primarily, because of the current staff. Also, the propane is never filled on the grills. Lol

I’ve had a good experience living at Courtland West Palm. The community is well kept, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The amenities are nice, especially the pool and common areas, and the location is convenient to shopping, dining, and major roads. The office staff has been helpful and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it’s a good place to live and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and well-managed apartment community in the area

After one month in my new apartment, I can confidently say it’s been a very positive experience. The leasing office has been attentive and supportive. Aaliyah stands out for her friendliness and warm, professional approach, which made the transition seamless. Nate was also extremely helpful and thorough in answering all of my questions, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. Excellent customer service from the team.

Camille has been amazing to work with during a difficult transition / move for a family member. She assisted in every step of the process and remained patient, responsive and incredibly helpful while having to deal with multiple people involved in the situation. We could not be more thankful for her dedication, professionalism and genuine care and everything she did to help complete this move.

Great tour with June! I stopped in to view the 2-bedroom apartment. June showed me the amenities and the model 2-bedroom. While the apartment is not brand new the community shows very well. The amenities are really nice. I wasn't able to include a view of the pool as there were several female residents enjoying the pool and I wanted to respect their peace. Everything was luxurious! I added a video of the model on YouTube so you can view it. I would recommend this community as Cortland is one of the best property management companies.
