This community offers an excellent location with stunning views, particularly from higher floors, and residents appreciate the convenient access to nearby amenities like the mall and restaurants. Many units feature beautiful interiors and residents enjoy perks like a golf course, swimming pool, and ample parking. However, some long-standing concerns include frequent elevator outages, ongoing construction that can be inconvenient, and occasional issues with maintenance and communication from the management.

This is my personal opinion based on my years of living there. In my opinion, many of the positive reviews seem to come from real estate agents marketing units, owners trying to sell, or people closely on the board or somehow connected to the HOA. I can identify several myself, their reviews to be completely inconsistent with the Reality of this community adding my own experience living there. Based on my experience, this is a property I would strongly advise potential buyers to investigate very carefully before purchasing. Don’t go by what broker says , remember for them to get the fee, you need to buy‼️Review the financial records, reserve studies, engineering reports, meeting minutes, and special assessments, and visit the property in person before making a decision. My advice is simple: don’t rely only on online reviews—visit the property yourself. Walk through the upper parking garage levels and the common areas. Pay attention to the condition of the floors, hallways, and especially the townhouse areas. During the years I lived there, I frequently noticed unfinished projects, maintenance that seemed incomplete, recurring signs of water intrusion in the garage, and elevators that were often out of service. It was common to find one or more of the three elevators not working. Over the years, I also observed frequent changes in management companies and new vendor contracts with each new HOA board. As a resident, this gave me the impression of constant turnover without lasting improvements. This community has faced long-standing maintenance and management challenges. I personally sold my unit at a lower price than I had hoped because I no longer wanted to deal with the uncertainty. It seems that future owners could face significant assessment increases and higher reserve funding requirements as major repairs become necessary. Again, this reflects my personal experience and opinion after living there for years. I encourage anyone considering buying there to thoroughly inspect the property, review the HOA’s financial records, reserve studies, engineering reports, meeting minutes, and any special assessments before making a decision.

if your looking for where to move this isn’t your dream home , many stolen bikes , old floors aswell as walls in many apartments and outside areas , the gate will have you waiting hours to get in, just so you can struggle to find parking because of the unfinished construction that has been in the same place for a years. your better off looking somewhere else , save yourself the stress
