Coral Falls

Been by 4 times the last few weekends. The first time some Karen made us feel unwelcomed . The 2nd 3rd amd 4th times office was closed at 405pm when it says 530pm

I’ve been here over 20 years and I love this place. From helpful staff in the front office, to the quick response of maintenance, to the landscaping always on point, I highly recommend this complex!

We have lived at Coral Falls for many years; we could not be happier with management and the maintenance team; they always address issues and concerns within a timely manner and professionalism.

Great place to live with your family! The two ladies in the office, Karen and Suzette, have been such a pleasure to work with. Maintenance team is friendly and requests have always been answered within 24 hours. Neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Close enough to University Drive but far enough that you don’t get the street noise. Walking distance to the elementary school, along with many other stores and places to eat.

Karen had a really rude attitude. She told me I had to make 79,000 a year to stay there for a two bedroom lmao. Then I asked to speak to the property manager she advised that she was the manager assistant.ijs For you to be a manager assistant and not knowing what's on your company website for availability seems a little fishy to me . Then the 79,000 a year just took the cake I mean that property not even gated. They need to put her elsewhere cause clearly she doesn't know what she's talking about
