Francine is the best employee in the office, she is always ready to help us immediately, always smiling, and very quick and efficient. Everyone is great, I love living in this place. ☺️

They have cameras everywhere but none of them work, had a flat tire and car got keyed. Condo is not safe, would not recommend. Neighbors are loud late at night. Trash chutes get clogged up and trash is left on the floor, some ac units are next to trash chute rooms and pull the trash smell inside apartments. Loud, very loud music is allowed on weekends at the pool. Not good if you want to rest on weekends. Will start updating this review with clogged chutes and trash all over the floor as I get them. 04/07/2026 Update: I was trying to get footage of my car being keyed. Based on the answer to my first review that the condo provided that they did have cameras, I contacted the police - as the condo office lady told me they only release the footage to the police. Police officer went to the office and asked for the footage and the lady informed the officer that the cameras in the parking lot DO NOT WORK! This whole experience has been very frustrating, the ladies at the office have been very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Terrible experience. Also I have been living here for 6 months and have always provided all documentation needed to my landlord.

It’s been about 6 weeks since my move to the club at Deerfield Beach apartments and settled in is been a breeze with the great service from Cesar, in charge of maintenance. All orders are responded the same day with excellent service. The office staff, Francine and Priscilla are always ready to help and respond with a smile to any questions or concerns making sure you as a tenant are taken care of. Very grateful with this team and this community where they make you feel welcome and at home.

From start to finish, the customer service and move-in process were outstanding. Every step was smooth, organized, and clearly communicated. The team was professional, patient, and always willing to answer questions, which really made me feel supported throughout the entire application and approval process. Getting accepted was quick and efficient they kept me updated the whole time so I never felt left in the dark. Overall, the experience was stress-free, and the level of service made a huge difference. I truly appreciate how easy they made the transition. Highly recommend!

After a very frustrating and disappointing interaction with another complex, we walked into The Club on April 1st around 2:00 PM—and it was like night and day. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They welcomed us warmly, listened to our situation, and guided us through the application process with clarity and respect. To our surprise and relief, they approved our application on the same day! Everything was straightforward and stress-free, and we truly felt valued as future residents. Their customer service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
