Cityside Condominiums

This is an amazing community! Security is on-site 24/7, and they even patrol the perimeter on foot to make sure everything stays secure. They keep a tight ship on who’s allowed in the community and who has passes, which really helps keep everyone safe. The landscaping is maintained regularly, which keeps the whole property looking great. The pool is always clean, and the gym is available 24/7 and well-kept. Overall, this community is peaceful and well-run.

Our daughter has lived here since 2018 renting, and we bought a place in 2023 that is now her home and ours when we come to visit. Keep in mind when reading the reviews that all HOA communities have issues but, overall, we love it here and have seen definite improvements throughout the years. We are very picky and take pride in our home and would not have bought in here if it was below our standards. There's still more projects and improvements to do but they're working on things. Last year they painted all the units. Security is good and constantly driving around the neighborhood. Office management has always been helpful and responsive to any requests we've made. Yes, you must follow the rules. It's not a place you do what you want, which upsets some people. Parking is not an issue for us and registering our extra vehicle to park on the street was easy. It just depends on what size your unit is as to how many spaces you're allocated. It's a wonderful and convenient location to 95 and everything, safe neighborhood, and the beautiful pool, gym and trail around the lake is a wonderful way to relax and unwind!

BEFORE YOU RENT OR BUY! this is from me, renting and from my co-worker about to buy property there in same week. We BOTH backed out. Zero stars for communication and layout. The parking here is a disaster—extremely limited and specifically allocated. If you have a large SUV, it simply won't work. The “ driveway “ in front of the mini garage was so short our front end would have projected into the road, yet we weren't allowed to use the street parking right in front of our unit door. The most frustrating part? They’ve had our vehicle info for weeks in the application ($300+ application) for Cityside but waited until 2 days before move-in to tell us they had no solution (mind you we had to go in person for stickers, and I asked to clarify) I had to walk out and get my rental deposit back 2 days before moving in. They’d rather cram people in like sardines. If you value your time and your car, look at the other 100+ options in the area. Property built 20 years ago. Figure it out.
