City Palms Condominium Sales and Leasing

My husband and I have been living at City Palms for several years. The building is in a great location; however, most important, other than our apartment is the fabulous staff. Whenever there has been a maintenance issue; it has been addressed immediately. After the problem has been corrected the office follows up with a phone call to be sure that everything was satisfactorily completed. The staff is wonderful; they are warm, caring and considerate. I can't say enough about the Christine and Melina. Regardless of how busy they are, they are responsive and never make me feel as if I am imposing on their time. Anna and the front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly. I would remiss if I didn't include Sherece in my praise. She is new to the building and has been extraordinary helping me with COI's amongst other things in a timely manner. I wish I weren't as happy here because I would like to purchase a unit, but the staff makes living here too easy and fabulous!

If you live here & Alysha Reyes is your property manager consider yourself LUCKY! I was resident at City Palms for nearly 2 years 8/22 - 4/24 - Alysha works her butt off to make sure the building is safe and glorious. Alysha is hardworking, sincere, caring - an incredible human being! The definition of excellence!! DUMOIS --the honorable front desk gentleman - A CLASS ACT!!! Melina in leasing, whom made moving in a breeze & Christine - whom waived a couple of late fees for me! The staff from Javier ( maintenance) to Alysha to Dumois deserve all the flowers &respect in the world . This incredible group of undervalued people are what make America so incredible!!!! Alysha, Dumois, Melina, Christine, Javier - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! YOU MADE MY stay so truly remarkable!!!!! Daniela Drake
