Cirq 5100

I very much appreciated attention to our washer and dryer that had to be replaced. It was an inconvenience not having it for the first 5 days, however maintenance crew and leasing staff and pushed the issue to corporate for approval of new unit. The apartment is wonderful and very roomy and the air circulates well. We also love the screened in patio; no rain comes in. The refrigerator, oven, microwave and dish washer are in excellent condition and very new ! The pool is very clean and the workout rooms are very nice.

Update: after leaving this passed year we got hit with a $4200 final bill, after asking for explanation for the charge they dropped it to for “cleaning”$684.22 after asking again for photos, receipts or any proof for the charge they never replied and just decided to send it to collection. The property manager Lara Labinjo refused to do a walkthrough when we handed the keys, lucky I took pictures and videos. After ZRS took over Blue Isle apartments now (Cirq) it has turned into a big disappointment. DO NOT RENT HERE!

I currently live here and I’ve had nothing shy of a great experience thus far. From the maintenance to the management I’ve had a great experience.

I am a long term resident (over 7yrs) and decided to stay however when I transfer units and when I went to the office and spoke with manager to ask for package from my unrent previous apartment mailbox and was met with uncooperative office manager Laura who declined to check un-lived in unit mailbox... this is the kind of uncooperative service you can expect from this company. This was a time sensitive matter. And very disappointed with service.

So far I have had a great experience with this team. Justin was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Wendy was amazing as well. They made everything smooth and easy, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond. I truly appreciate their excellent service.
