had one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this apartment complex. I applied a full month in advance, and throughout that entire time, no one guided me through the process or helped me prepare for move-in. I wasn’t given clear instructions about setting up essentials like renters insurance, utilities, or anything that should’ve been handled ahead of time. Then it got worse. The day before my scheduled move-in, I was suddenly told my apartment wouldn’t be ready. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to push me into a different unit that cost $300 more. When I declined, they told me I could wait until later that week to move in—so I had no choice but to keep my entire life packed in a U-Haul. The day before THAT new move-in date, they called again and told me the apartment still wasn’t ready—and now it would be delayed for another MONTH. At no point did anyone offer real solutions. No accommodations, no alternative unit at the same price, no assistance, no urgency—nothing. Instead, all I got were excuses, finger-pointing between staff, and management being blamed. This experience was completely unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable. If you’re looking for a place that communicates, follows through, and respects your time—this is NOT it. Do not rent here.

They were all so sweet and helpful. Anything I needed to be answered or was unsure about they reinsure me. I got a get price for an apartment and the tour was far from amazing. Wonderful service ladies keep up the wonderful job you’ll are doing.

I had a great experience working with Zourie as my leasing agent. She was extremely helpful, patient, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the process. I really appreciate all the support she gave me. Definitely a 10/10 — I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place here.

Worst apartment experience ever! I wish I had seen the reviews before moving in October 2024. The issues started immediately with the patio blinds constantly falling apart. Then came the ants marching in from the patio into my bedroom. Things seemed okay after furnishing the place, but mid-November 2025, a massive roach problem surfaced. Maintenance requests were a joke. Marked as 'completed' when no one even showed up! The office staff trooping through my apartment like it was a public spectacle was beyond weird. And the maintenance manager banging on my door, telling me to stop making requests? Unbelievable! I had to escalate to corporate because my kids were terrified, and my daughter's roach allergy and asthma were triggered. We ended up having to order another bed so my kids could feel safe. Even the pest control guy admitted the place needed to be bombed, but management wouldn't cover a hotel stay. Mold, mildew, broken appliances (the dishwasher never worked), and constant AC issues made my daughter's breathing worse. This place is far from the 'luxury' they advertise. I had to leave for my family's health and peace of mind. Now they're trying to pin the roach problem on me like like I brought them. I bought all my furniture as I was living here all new and have all my receipts and now emailing me a charge a $5,390.44 move-out fee?! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the $2,800 rent.

I just moved in and I’m so excited to be here! Joan was an amazing help throughout the whole process along with the other great ladies. She showed us the campus several times, informed us of all the important details, and helped me in every way possible (and trust me I had some obstacles in the way). All of the ladies were extremely welcoming— they made everything so smooth and quick. So far I’ve had a top-notch experience: move-in was great, the staff IS awesome, our apartment was presented really clean, and the campus looks well-kept. Thank you Joan and others for welcoming us with open arms!
