Catalina at Miramar

I have lived at Catalina for 4 years, and I can honestly say that these have been some of the most wonderful years for my family. Catalina is more than just a place where we live it truly feels like home. I especially want to recognize the maintenance team. Misael and his entire team are absolutely excellent! They are incredibly efficient, professional, and always have a great attitude. Whenever there is an issue in our home, they respond quickly and do everything they can to fix it, often taking care of the problem the very same day. It is such a relief to know that whenever something needs attention, we can count on them to be there and get it resolved quickly and properly. The office staff has also always been wonderful. They are kind, patient, understanding, and always willing to listen to our concerns and help us find a solution. They truly make an effort to understand our family’s needs and make us feel valued. My children and I absolutely love Catalina. My children were born here and have grown up here, so this community holds a very special place in our hearts. We have created so many beautiful memories here, and Catalina truly feels like home to us. Thank you, Catalina, the amazing maintenance team, and the entire office staff for everything you do. Your dedication, kindness, and commitment to the residents truly make a difference. We are very grateful to call Catalina our home!
