Going to be honest. Currently living here now and the amount of problems is crazy. They left a note on the door with an incorrect date saying we have things on our patio that shouldnt be there but we just have plants and a patio couch that has been there for more than a year. The fire alarm for the building goes off every other month in the middle of the night multiple times and any time they tell you to send an email for a concern they do not reply. I love my apartment but everything else is a mess sadly. UPDATE: if I could give less stars I would. do not waste your time living here. maintenance is rude, they go through management companies monthly. no one wants to be here. you cant leave your trash out for them to collect early even if you wont be home to put it out or they will fine you. DO NOT DO IT

The last three nights, 29th, 30th, and 31st, the fire alarm has been manually pulled around 130am. Causing the very loud alarm to sound in the middle of the night until such time that the fire department responds and manages to turn it off. Residents have contacted the office looking for answers to their questions, to no avail. We are all scared, we are all worried about our safety, we are all jarred from the repeated experience exacerbated by the lack of response or even acknowledgement from management. Those phone calls were all met with an all too familiar overall lack of care and consideration typically of this community's office/management staff. As an apartment community management team, there is a generally responsibility for maintaining safe premises and taking reasonable measures to protect residents from foreseeable risks of crime and violence. Management has a duty to address known dangers and security lapses, particularly in common areas which includes breezeways/buildings in general. The lack of response, action, and communication in this matter has been astonishing. After three days of the same thing happening in the same building, a word comes to mind. Negligence. There are no cameras on any floors of any of the resident buildings. There are continuous issues with the functionality of gates all over the community. Resulting in people's packages and mail being stolen off their porches, and now we can add the terror inducing tactics of some lunatic pulling the fire alarm to that list. There are families who live in this community, human beings with health problems, strenuous jobs, etc. They deserve to feel safe sleeping in their beds. Management has a duty to promptly warn/update and at least attempt to protect us from known criminal activity/intent. Regardless of the well known revolving door that is the management of this community. The duty of care remains. Tomorrow is the 1st, and they expect people to pay rent promptly, yet have no care for the safety and sanity of the people who's money they collect. The residents of the building where this occured and surrounding buildings eagerly await correspondence of what is being done to safe guard us. But we all know better than to hold out hope for any reply/action by now. This community's staff is consistent in one thing, lack of care/urgency and disappointment.

Comfortable size apartment living nice pool great game room clubhouse movie theater relatively quiet neighborhood close to shopping mall and convenient access to I-95 highway, downtown and airport. Church nearby. Lots of parking for tenants and guests.

I absolutely love living at Luxury Living Apartment Homes! The place is beautiful, modern, and always clean. The amenities are top-notch — especially the pool and gym — and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is safe and convenient too. Definitely a 5-star experience!

DO NOT live here, new management completely changed the complex for the worst. There is always dog poop around the neighborhood, no one ever takes care the place, work orders never get completed unless you bug the office, the gate system doesn't work and causes traffic build-up outside, the trash pickup we HAVE TO PAY for doesn't pick up the trash on time so the neighborhood smells like feces and garbage all the time. Not to mention, the front office is very unprofessional and quick to blamed the issues with the community on the renters, when it's really an issues caused by them. Please whatever you do, save your money and live somewhere else. It's so bad I want to break my contract!
