I would give 0 stars if I could, I have lived here for over a year and the pool has never been open. I have kids in 100 degree temperature,.. no pool. They make it look good, so when people come look at it they think they are getting a place with a pool,. which they falsely advertise. It is not OPEN, and its never been open since moving in here. All the maintenance crew does is drive around and garbage dumpster is always over flowing

I have never been to a leasing office where they are constantly closed!!!! Ive gone in the morning, afternoon and even an hour before they close on different days and these women are not there. One time I finally caught the property manager and she was coming out of her apartment. WHAT IS THIS??? Why are they not working? I wanted to look into a 2 bedroom but after this experience, I wouldn’t move here. How are they still hired? Ive called and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I walked up to the office once and it said they’ll be back at 2pm, it was 2:30pm when I walked up. Corporate needs to be aware that they are missing out on potential residents because of lazy employees. Times are hard and apartment searching is not easy. Theyve made this process very stressful. I even asked a resident once and they said this is normal for them to not be in the office. WHY?????

No Refrigerator Since April 29 – Poor Management Response I submitted a work order on April 29 for a broken refrigerator and, as of today, I still do not have a working unit. Despite multiple visits to the office, I was told by the maintenance supervisor that this was “not his concern” or an emergency. And that I would have to wait until Monday. This was said while raising his voice at me in front of other residents, which was very unprofessional. All of my food has spoiled, and I have been unable to cook or store food for my child. A replacement refrigerator was eventually dropped off, but it was left in the hallway, dirty, smelled bad, and was not installed. I received no communication about it. This situation has caused unnecessary hardship for my family, and management has shown a lack of urgency and concern in resolving a basic living issue.Now it Sunday May 3,2026 at 12:29am still no fridge.

I’ve had a really positive experience living at this property. The location is convenient, with easy access to everything I need on a daily basis. The grounds are well-maintained, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. The management team has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. I also appreciate the sense of community here—it’s generally quiet, and neighbors are respectful. Amenities are kept clean and in good condition, which adds to the overall value of living here.
