Gabby was super kind and extremely helpful throughout my 1 bedroom tour. She thoughtfully answered all my questions and helped affirm my decision that Boca Winds will be my first apartment post graduation! Update: Almost 1 year living at Boca Winds and overall it has been a great experience! Junior and the maintenance team work extremely hard to address any concerns immediately. Maja the property manager always responds quickly and she is always extremely helpful with answering any questions. The location in Boca is unbeatable (right next to Publix, 15 minute walk from beach) and although the building is old, it is very well maintained and looks very nice inside. I just renewed my lease for another year!

I've been a LONG time resident, only recently moved due to retirement. The staff has always been prompt, friendly and efficient. Maja and Junior are great, very helpful for all your needs. Pleasant, low-key environment to live in. You'll enjoy it here!

I am leaving Boca Raton feeling very confident I picked the right place for my daughter to live while attending Lynn University. After looking a a half dozen options, Boca Winds stood out as the best option. What made my decision easy, wasn't that Boca Winds was close to school, grocery, restaurants and the beach, it was the Maja, the property manager. It is evident that she cares about her residents and her property. I just didn't find that at the other properties. I am confident that if my daughter needs something, Maja and her team will be there to rectify the issue. I am so happy I found Boca Winds. I have no doubt that I made the correct decision.

Great living experience, great community and staff, and great area. I enjoyed my time there when I was a student at FAU, and it's a great option for students or anyone looking to relocate to Boca. The pool is nice and everyone who lives there is friendly. The only possible complaint would be the plumbing, but they have a full-time maintenance staff that's very helpful and friendly. Maja was a great community manager as well.

I was looking at touring an apartment and Maja at Boca Winds was very informative and helpful. She responded quickly and was very knowledgeable about the apartment complex. I look forward to renting with Boca Winds.
