How amazing can an apartment community be!? I just applied to Boca Breakwater, got approved same day, and cannot wait to move in! The apartment itself is SO cute, is close to FAU, and has a pool. Literally could not ask for anything more. It's new so I would apply while you can have your pick of the litter before it fills up.

I just toured Boca Breakwater after seeing their super cute videos on Instagram. I am so glad I came in for a tour!! The staff has been so helpful in finding me my perfect apartment. I can't wait to move in!

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible changes at Boca Breakwater Apartments. Five stars all day long! The new interiors are gorgeous and make the living space feel totally refreshed, modern and comfortable. The outdoor upgrades across the property are just as impressive. This is definitely a place you need to check out and see for yourself!
