I drive a truck and while I know the rules that trucks are allowed on premises from 9am-5pm the gate did not allow to me enter to drop something off to one of the tenants that live on the premises. The guards were very rude and do not know the rules when it comes to vehicles. If new changes have been made to the rules the tenant is unaware. The lack of communication in this community needs work.

Nice community. Very safe. So hard to find boat spot for residents, need wait year.

Gated community in Boca Raton that has pools, fitness center, tons of nature and you have high probability of getting a water view condo. The intercoastal is extended with fingers tat run between the buildings. They have room for small boats. Near the beach. Watch boats from the pool deck.

My favorite place to see and be, beautiful! Like a large family, their community. They all take care of each other!
