Renters Beware!! Very Rude front office staff who won’t value your time and will rent apartments out from under you without a second thought. Don’t Say I didn’t warn you!!!

I’ve lived at Boca Arbor Club for seven years, and it has been nothing but a wonderful experience. Everyone at Boca Arbor Club is everything you could ask for when you rent. Kurt, who I’ve dealt with from day one and the whole front office is attentive and proactive keeping the community updated and the leasing process smooth. Luey and his maintenance crew are phenomenal. They’re there when you call, handle issues quickly, and are incredibly friendly and trustworthy. The grounds are well kept with a nice walk around the lake and a center fountain. The community has undergone some recent updates, including a new roof and fresh paint that give it a luxurious new look. Each month Boca Arbor Club hosts food trucks which makes it a fun, social event for the neighbors. Overall, Boca Arbor Club offer exceptional management and maintenance. The grounds are well maintained, and the community is great. I highly recommend living in Boca Arbor Club.

Beautiful community—safe, clean, and well maintained. I highly recommend it. Kurt was amazing: very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the process. If you’re looking for a great place to live, this is it.
