Terrible management. Roaches everywhere. Takes weeks to get maintenance out and good luck getting a response. AC has been out for a week and the portable AC they put in the unit barely works. Newcania is the property manager and just lies about someone coming to fix anything. I have multiple texts where she said someone was coming the next day only for me to follow up and find out its going to be a day or two later. Always some excuse. Dont waste your $ on this place the quality is not there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time or your hard earned money. Lived here a couple years ago and management is terrible. My boyfriend’s car got booted multiple times because they wouldn’t give us a parking tag. If you have any issues good luck getting anyone to answer the phone! If you eventually do get ahold of someone in the office they never know what they’re talking about. So many roaches here it was insane!!!!!! 100% NOT worth what they are charging residents and the rate has only gone up since I moved out.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.!!!! They give you the apartment all dirty and then when you move out they charge you a dumb amount for “not deep cleaning the apartment” Second, they have mold, when I tried to contact the manager, it took forever to get a hold on her and then when the maintenance guy came, he told it was “Dust” from the outside, like theres no way dust would be collected on the ceiling, anyway they take your money, and all that Monthly concession, it is a lie. Im very sad because it is a nice location but management, and living situation, sucks.

Please trust the negative reviews. This is a horrible place to live and not worth your hard-earned money. In the 9 months I have lived here, I have experienced multiple power outages and repeated water outages due to ongoing plumbing issues that are never fully resolved. There have also been continuous problems with mail delivery, the laundry facilities, the pool, the community association, and property management overall. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with a supervisor or anyone at the corporate level, and issues are constantly passed around without accountability. This appears to be intentional rather than coincidental. I recently submitted my vacate notice three months in advance, as required by the contract. Despite this, someone from the administration contacted USPS and listed my unit as vacant effective immediately, resulting in multiple packages being returned to sender—again, three months early. Do not give these people your money. Save yourself the stress and find a more suitable place to live.

Horrible, horrible place to live. Been here 6 months now. This is the laundry room on a good day. Most washers and dryers don’t work properly and the laundry is always flooded due to constant leaking washers. Constant change in parking policy which leads to guests being improperly booted. Apartment has been infested with roaches from day 1 (when I also had no AC for days) and when I put in an order for pest control, management marks the order as complete before anyone had visited the apartment to treat it. Management is hard to get in contact with. Not to mention the apartment INSANELY outdated for the cost. This is somewhere you should come if you literally have NO WHERE else to go.
