Great place to live. Staff is willing to hear tenant concerns and address them, Karen, Maria and Angela. Maintenance issues are always addressed in a timely manner. As to the ball court, my only concern is that many tenants want to use it late at night when others are trying to sleep after 10 pm. There are many hours earlier in the day to use the court so need to complain that it cannot be used at night. Everyone is entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the place they call home, rented or owned!

I’d like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of the maintenance team. Spence has been incredibly helpful throughout my entire service request. From the very beginning, he maintained clear and consistent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. Not only was the issue handled efficiently, but his professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. It made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. I truly appreciate the dedication and care shown—thank you, Spence, for going above and beyond!

I’m still amazed by the service at Bell Coconut Creek Apartments. From the front desk receptionist at the leasing center to the property managers around the apartments, everyone truly goes above and beyond to make sure we live comfortably and happily. They don’t just attend to any issues we face... they do it with such friendliness and positive energy every single time. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. We are so lucky to have Spence on the team. He really helps everyone and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents are happy. One call, and he’s at your doorstep ready to assist! Angela at the leasing center is also incredible. Her friendliness and warm smile have definitely helped bring in many new residents. She creates such a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. And let’s not forget the little extras, enjoying a cup of coffee during the week and relaxing while playing pool makes the community feel even more like home. The entire team is simply amazing. I truly appreciate being part of this community!

A lovely , peaceful place with an amazing lake view😍The gym , the pool area, the club house everything is just amazing. Amazing team from the reception lady, management and maintenance team. On My first day I met a gentleman by the name of Spence , it was actually my first time not only on this apartment but in America, he made sure it felt like home, guided me every step, from tour to recommending grocery shops. I had a great experience with Omar when he came to fix my air conditioning. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it up and running in no time. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. He was respectful of my home, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
