Bell at Broken Sound Apartments

We have been enjoying our townhouse at Bell going on 2 years, and have been extremely happy with the entire staff. Maintenance has always responded promptly to any request and are always friendly and professional. Most recently I've had the pleasure of dealing directly with Kanisha in the leasing office, as we are transferring to a larger unit. She has been very helpful through the entire process. Both professional and courteous, which is not always easy to find these days. I would recommend Bell to anyone.

Just signed my lease and I am absolutely in love with my new apartment! I’ve rented multiple places before and met all kinds of management teams, but Kanisha has genuinely been the best experience I’ve ever had. From the very first tour through the entire application process, she went above and beyond. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough, always making sure I felt informed, comfortable, and supported. She made me feel truly welcomed, and was so friendly that it honestly felt like talking to a friend rather than a leasing agent. Thanks to her, what could’ve been a stressful process turned into something exciting and enjoyable. I’m truly grateful and look forward to calling this place home for the next year!

I would give 10 million stars if I could. Keneshia and the property manager are wonderful and amazing. They are extremely professional and kind! They go above and beyond for their prospective tenants and residents! It is such an amazing, beautiful and well kept community! From the minute I walked in the door, I fell in love with the ambiance! The amenities are awesome! I look forward to moving in one day! Thank you so much to both of you for all you do! Please know that you are appreciated and valued!

I came to this apartment complex and Kanisha was very sweet and so welcoming. She gave us a tour and let us view to apartment to compare which she went out her way to do which I really do appreciate. She was very clear and respectful and showed us all the amenities and what the complex offered. I was planning on moving December but the tour was so good that I applied today to the complex. Everything was very clean and spacious and the pricing is perfect for how much you’re paying and getting. I even came to today for help for the application process and she was so patient and kind and didn’t judge.

Kanisha was extremely friendly and helpful. She guided us through the application process, explained everything clearly, and made the experience stress-free. Thanks a lot. Also you can view the apartments using a simple app on your phone. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the lake view truly makes this place feel like a real resort.
