My lady lives here and the hoa is so awful so many rules and regulations you can’t have pick up trucks but the head of hoa drives a ridiculously sized suv it doesn’t make sense the lady herself is despicable she will take your words twist and use them against you and good luck with your application for the pool or gym keys overall nice area tho

We have lived here for over 10 years now. Ill tell you strate up its night and day difference from 10 years ago. Everything that has to do with the cost of living is depreciating in my eyes. There are all types of great and bad people. If you were not raised right you could not have consideration for your neighbors. Nobody cleans up there Rottweiler\Pitbull fecies. The giant poodle at my back door because they cant control a 100 pound dog. There is trash from the neighbors all the time and they walk right by it. Or throw it in front of the trash can. Gum on sidewalks. Mold from the trees the dont disclose to you. If you dont have a wax your car will be ruined in 1 year. Mold from trees. As depicted in my photo. You can see the tire running down of the opening. It gets into the clear coat of your car paint. My car has been hit several times by work trucks and vans. They need a rule not to park there. My ac guy installed new unit. He parked in a guest spot far away and he was by himself. He didn't leave one piece of trash. My neighbor needed an ac unit and i left for 5 mins my parking spot gone. He had nails all in my spot. Trash everywhere that he left and the unit sounds broken. He had a helper and could not clean up? When everything was good i hate to say it but all me neighbors were white. 80 yr old man cleaning everyday and the new ones dont clean at all. Trade workers consistently hitting on my wife. Landscapers are directed by the boss to fill my car up with landscaping debris. They will not stop blowing debris if you walk by. Cars being left on bricks and yes we are next to the police station. This place is not friendly. Ill follow up another crazy situation thats happening right now.
