We had a maintenance issue with our A/C in our apartment and received assistance immediately. Carlos did an excellent job fixing the issue. Very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable of his work.

I’ve lived here since January 1, and while the community is generally quiet and peaceful, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Twice now I’ve had packages delivered while I was at work, and both times they were stolen before I got home. I even installed two Ring cameras because of it, but that clearly hasn’t stopped people. It’s ridiculous that you can’t trust your own neighbors not to steal packages that don’t belong to them. Now, on 07/30, I woke up to dog poop literally right next to my front door. Whether it was intentional or not, it’s disgusting and completely disrespectful. I had just paid my rent, and this is what I have to deal with. Not only do you have to worry about your packages being stolen, but apparently some residents also have no respect for the people living around them or cleaning up after their pets. I’m a quiet tenant. I don’t cause problems, I don’t constantly submit maintenance requests, and I keep to myself. Yet I’ve had two packages stolen and now have to wake up to dog waste outside my own door. I will absolutely be reconsidering renewing my lease when it’s up. Management needs to do a much better job addressing the issues in this community because residents deserve to feel safe and respected where they live. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting here.
