I’m here with Cristian who gave me the best service I have ever had from a leasing agent. I am sure their whole team is amazing he was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I have not yet made my decision on where I will be choosing to make my next home however this was such a good experience I had to leave a review.

Modern and beautiful complex with excellent amenities, especially the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. However, the noise here is a serious issue. Freight trains pass directly outside the windows at night, and the nearby highway is constantly loud. Because of this, my sleep quality has gotten much worse and I can no longer sleep normally. The bedroom window does not open, so there is almost no fresh air unless the balcony door is open, which lets in even more noise. Before signing the lease, I asked the manager about parking for a second car and was told, “There will be no problem with that.” After signing, I found out it actually costs an extra $150 per month.

I’ve had a great experience living at Avida Aventura. The staff is incredibly attentive, helpful, and responsive whenever anything is needed. Kali and Anthony especially have both been amazing and always go above and beyond to assist residents. The maintenance team responds really quickly to requests! I accidentally dropped my keys down the garbage shoot at one o’clock in the morning and they were retrieved within 30 minutes. The building is very clean, well-maintained, and you can tell management really cares about keeping everything in great condition. The amenities are also amazing and definitely one of the highlights of living here. The location is also perfect, close to everything you could ever need. Also the 24/7 concierge makes the building feel very safe and secure. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live and I would absolutely recommend it!

Loved the energy of this place from the start. It’s clean, modern, and gives full resort-style living—not the “we tried” version, the actual vibe. Cristian handled my process. At first I didn’t quite get his personality, but then I realized—he’s just efficient and about his business. No hand-holding, no fluff, just gets it done. Honestly, I respect that. Parking? Plenty. No stress there. Now let’s talk about these “noise complaints” I kept seeing in reviews… I genuinely don’t hear a thing. Either I got lucky, or some people just expect silence in a building full of humans. Not sure what they’re talking about. Haven’t completed my first month yet, but so far everything’s been smooth. I’ll be back with an update… but for now, the experience speaks for itself.

I recently moved in and have had an amazing experience! The building is so clean and smells good and feels so luxurious living here. I love the pool and Jacuzzi area as well as that this building has a good gym. Having these Amenities after just having a baby makes it so easy to relax and still prioritize myself while being a mom. One of the things that makes living here so reassuring is the amazing front office team. Kali, Cristian and Anthony are always incredibly helpful, and having them there really takes the stress out of any issue that pops up! Overall 10/10
