I have lived here for a little over a year, and overall my experience has been positive. Gustavo and Julian at the front desk have always been kind, professional, and helpful. UNFORTUNATELY , my experience with the leasing manager, Lorena Campos, has been the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. Every interaction with her has been unpleasant. She has hung up on me during phone calls, has been dismissive, and consistently comes across as rude and unprofessional. I was told that she is the only person I can speak with regarding leasing information, which makes resolving issues pretty difficult given these experiences. No resident should feel uncomfortable simply trying to get assistance or understanding! After reading other reviews, I noticed that several residents have shared similar concerns about their interactions with her. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer service experience for current and future residents.

Don’t move here. Hallways smell like trash, carpets are dirty, roaches everywhere even in my refrigerator, big police presence everyday, security is horrible. Big mistake moving here. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I have been living here in Dania Pointe for the last 4 years. Management and maintenance do a great job. The building always looks great. The amenities are awesome, a pool, jacuzzi, gym etc. We also have the plaza where there are multiple stores, multiple restaurants, multiple bars a bowling alley, Nike shop, brand new movie theater. Quiet and clean. Everywhere you go in south florida, the rent can be high.But here you do get more for your money.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wish I had known this before moving in. There is a recurring issue with the same group of individuals who repeatedly gather in the jacuzzi area late at night. This is not occasional noise, it is loud screaming, shouting, and disruptive behavior happening well past quiet hours, directly affecting nearby apartments. What makes this especially frustrating is that it has been reported multiple times. Management has been contacted, complaints have been made, and even police involvement has occurred in the past, yet the same situation continues to repeat. The most disappointing part is not just the noise itself, but the lack of consistent enforcement of basic community rules. Quiet hours are not respected, and residents who are affected are left with no real resolution. If you are considering moving here, especially if your apartment faces the common areas, I would strongly recommend thinking twice about whether this environment will actually allow you to sleep and live comfortably.
