This will be my 3rd years leaving here. I'm doing this review because i'm satisfied. Anytime i have a problem in my apartment the maintenance come fixed and get it done quickly. The guys is the office a very nice they are always willing to help. The apartments is remodel and for what i pay im very happy. Plus the security is pretty good they are always driving around and checking the place

Avoid this place. Safety is non-existent here. The main gate is constantly left open, anyone can walk in, and there are no security cameras around the buildings. The complex has a major issue with people smoking weed, and the parking spots are extremely tight. To make matters worse, kids constantly scratch and break car windows. Management offers terrible customer service, and the apartments always have maintenance issues. Zero security—definitely not recommended.

Not recommended. The complex is unsafe; the main gate is often left open for anyone to enter, and there are no security cameras around the buildings. There is a lot of weed smoking, the parking spaces are too small, and kids frequently scratch or break car windows. On top of that, customer service is terrible, and the apartments always have issues. No security at all, stay away. (June 29, 2026)

I put in the work order Monday and they were here the next day to fix my issue. Gilberto and his team are quick and friendly and actually fix issues unlike other maintenance I've dealt with in the past. I really appreciate them coming quick.

I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia Bravo. She is responsive, professional and very helpful. She made the application process easy with her knowledge of the property and efficiency, resulting in a stress free move in experience from the initial viewing to move in date. I also have to mention Alexander Perez who works alongside with her, always answering all my questions promptly. Thank you to this dynamic duo for making the entire leasing process incredibly smooth and providing outstanding service. I highly recommend them.
