Avana Coral Springs

We recently just moved in and I can already confidently say this is one of the best apartments I've lived in. I've had a great experience with the management team here. Ricardo was very friendly and helped us with choosing what best suited our needs. Mel was great and very professional anytime there was a concern. When ever I've had questions the team was willing to listen, communicate and work toward a resolution. I especially appreciate that they followed through and took time to address an issue that was important to me rather than simply dismissing it. It's reassuring to know that management is willing to make things right when concerns arise. You can tell they take tenants seriously and actually care!

I have lived here for 10 years and have been through many different management teams. This current team is truly making a difference! The entire management office—Melvin, Ricardo, and especially Cely—is fantastic. Cely is incredibly helpful and always follows up on any concerns I have. The maintenance team is also wonderful, especially Freddy, who is always helpful and quick to respond whenever we need assistance. Thank you all for your hard work!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Andres, Freddy, Gus, Ricardo, & Celys. I’ve lived here for over 18 months and truly love living here, and a big reason why is because of the amazing team. Andres, Freddy, and Gus in maintenance are seriously the best — always quick to respond, super helpful, and they truly care about getting things done right. They make living here so much easier and honestly feel like family. Cely was also amazing — so sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful every time I needed assistance. It’s rare to find a team this kind and dedicated. I really appreciate everything you all do!

The apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable, truly making it feel like home. The management and maintenance teams are outstanding—friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever needed. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways. Overall, Avana Coral Springs has been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great community and quality living experience.

I have been incredibly impressed with my time living here, and I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-managed community. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the entire property is outstanding. The management team clearly takes immense pride in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and facilities; everything always looks immaculate. This high standard of upkeep makes coming home a pleasure. Equally impressive is the maintenance team. Any time I've had a request, no matter how small, it has been addressed with remarkable speed and efficiency. They are truly expedient, professional, and always solve the issue correctly the first time. The entire staff, from the office to maintenance, is consistently friendly and genuinely welcoming—they make you feel like a valued resident. The community atmosphere is the final, and perhaps best, selling point. My neighbors are amazing people, making this place feel less like an apartment complex and more like a tight-knit neighborhood. If I had two minor suggestions for improvement to make this place perfect, they would be: adding electric vehicle charging stations and installing a heater for the pool so we could enjoy it year-round. Overall, this is a top-tier place to live.
