Be careful or be an electrician or a plumber! Definitely don’t have an emergency after 5 pm. No one helps and the maintenance tells you it is not enough of an emergency. I actually told did a service ticket 6:55 am in the morning . I then followed up by going to office at 9 am and told maintenance guy that my fridge is not working . He said he will get one of the guys in there . Got home and fridge still not working ! Food is spoiling ! Sent another ticket and I got a reply after I made it an emergency ticket. The maintenance guy wrote back and said it is not enough of an emergency and he will be in tomorrow! So now it is the 2nd morning and all of my food is spoiled. My property management friend was astounded when I told her of what I was going through. There should always be a person on call for these situations! I pay enough for this place! Not to mention the robbery I heard about and then the non-communication after the cops stopped everyone from entering the gates! I expected an email from management with an explanation of measures that will be taken to ensure safety. Nothing . The water bill is excessive . Garbage area is a mess and the bill for that is high! But this inability to get management or maintenance in an emergency is unsettling. Definitely last year here!

Excellent work by technician Angel Palma! He serviced my air conditioner, which wasn't cooling. It came twice, and he was able to fix the problem. Thank you very much!

The maintenance team here is seriously amazing,always on top of everything! Andy is the absolute best and truly cares about helping residents. When our AC stopped working, it took a couple of nights for the compactor to arrive, but he made sure we were taken care of in the meantime by providing a portable AC. That really meant a lot! Not just that—the whole team has been so helpful in many ways. Also, shoutout to the leasing team! Scott and Leo made our move-in process so smooth and stress-free. Communication was super easy, and everything just felt effortless. Honestly, this has been one of the smoothest move-ins I’ve ever had 💛
