Krishanne’s leadership and management of Avalia have truly gone above and beyond. She is incredibly responsive to any issue—no matter how big or small—and always handles everything with professionalism and care. Even though she has only been at this property for a few months as Assistant Property Manager , she has already made such a positive impact and proven herself to be an absolute rock star. We feel so lucky to have her here!

I have been a resident of at Avlia for the past 6 years and I must say there are times that I was not always happy but things have definitely changed within the last year. Staffing has changed I have been through the front office changing over a few times and this new team over the past year I believe that Chrishan (assistant property manager) and Samantha (front desk staff) have been a major factor in this change. Upon her first arrival Chrishan had the lovely opportunity of addressing a matter of complaint that I had taken all the way to the corporate level. So needless to say she kind of walked in to a firestorm with me personally. However she quickly listened to what my issue was made notes and immediately started working on matters that she could control and others that were not she took to upper management and resolved them immediately. Since then any issues I've had whether it be between other tenants, safety concerns, or other matters have been resolved fairly and in a timely manner. The main difference this past year is that when I have questions or request they are no longer brushed off or given a generic response. Not everything fits in a scripted box. The girls have a genuine concern for the tenants, which I greatly appreciate. So needless to say is that the staf here has almost a family member feeling. Thanks Jonathan
