UPDATED REVIEW: I am confirming this was the best choice I could have made. It's been over 6 months since I've moved in and the two times I've had an issue; management takes care of it right away. They have a portal to put tickets for maintenance-related things, and their sense of urgency is conveniently spot on. Griselda kept communicating with me the entire time on both occasions which his greatly appreciated. _______________________________________________________________ I wanted to move to Miramar and had been touring apartments in the area for a couple of days. I came across this complex and decided to tour it right there. To my relief, I didn't have to wait or make a prior appointment which made it very convenient. Yolanda greeted me and gave me a tour. I LOVED the complex! The common areas are beautiful, impeccable and well-maintained (I specially loved the diversity of plants around the property). In the end, after touring several complexes, I chose this one. Yolanda was exceptionally helpful and she played a key role in my decision. She followed through from beginning to end in the application and moving process. Now, every time I have a question, I call her right away. Her dedication to helping the residents is the reminder that I made the right choice. The rest of staff I've come across is also very warm and welcoming.
