Great community

I really waited a long time to write a review here, but after living here for quite some time, it’s necessary. This place is the most egregious, money hungry place i’ve ever lived in. I don’t typically write reviews but I truly believe some things need to come to the light. Every day there is a new mass intimidating email on community violations, to upkeep a building with finishes made out of literal cardboard, and unsealed windows. Always a piss, feces, and blood scare waiting for you in the elevators. Constant fees and rent that increase upon renewal meanwhile no updates to the unit have been made to justify any of this. There is no parking for your own guests at a reasonable rate, and adding an additional spot is another $175. even if more than one person occupies the unit, you only get ONE spot. $30 for “valet” trash and the only thing you’re allowed to put out is cardboard, the rest you carry yourself. $75 internet service that is inconsistent, $25 for a warehouse of strangers to receive and lose your packages, $5 for pest control that i’ve only seen them do in my unit once in my entire lease. They will vaguely accuse everyone of smoking violations and then create ANY reason why they need to enter “select” apartment for an “inspection.” I’ve been to other Willow Bridge properties that are not like this. This place is absolutely not worth an ounce of the overpriced rent. This building is constructed like any other building in Miami, you truly cannot tell them apart. The only difference is Arvella charges twice that for the same thing and LESS space. They offer you x months free sure but if you intend on getting that prorated, they create the most complicated, counterintuitive “self calculate” method that is truly a rip-off of you circling your money around to yourself instead of them just giving a credit. Literally go anywhere else, don’t let the fake “luxury” fool you. Your family will do better off knowing your hard earned money is going to a place that values you.

Living here for one year was one year too many. Never have I ever had so many noise complaints that were pushed aside. The quiet hours rule in the lease seems to be irrelevant so if you are a professional or in school, I would recommend staying clear of this building. I repeatedly had to call the police for music/bass against my living room and bedroom walls, in which management did nothing about. Walls are so thin I can hear the neighbor flush their toilet. I have had to sleep on the couch with ear plugs due to neighbors blasting music until 2am on weekdays. Truly the most disappointing experience for how much money was paid to live here. If management took the lease agreement seriously, this apartment would actually be worth it. 12/10 would not recommend if you require more than 5 hours of sleep a night.
