The front desk today at 4pm was USELESS and not polite. He barely wants to be there, do yourself a favor a hire a better one. Nasty attitude

This building is a hidden gem inside the city of Aventura. You feel like you are on a cruise ship living here. The amenities are amazing and the views and pool area are stunning.

The security/front desk person is aggressive, threatened to fight me, said he doesn't care about this job and will fight me at the end of his shift a 2pm. He doesn't like working there and every time I deliver there items for residents he's aggressive to me and other delivery people. He doesn't like giving instructions to how to get to different areas of the building so this all started because I was asking for a little direction

A wonderful place with an amazing waterfront. Every evening, I love walking here with my daughter and enjoying the sunsets. They have a very large pool and a beautiful architectural building with glass balconies. On the waterfront, there’s a dock for boats and yachts. Truly a perfect place to live.
