Very kind apartment community. Sandra in the front office was very helpful from start to finish. I wish Alora the best and I’m grateful for my time with them:) Please continue to do the great work you all do for the community. Maintenance team was also 10/10. Respond quickly and do fantastic work. I respect everyone here.

They’re very professional and very knowledgeable about their properties and unique. My experience with Sandra she makes sure that I understand everything before I leave and even when I leave she still emails me and asks is there anything else you would like me to help you with and I said no for now. But what I get from this is that she shows me empathy and excellence and that’s what we call 5 star service

I absolutely love living at Alora West Palm Beach and wanted to take a moment to recognize one of the amazing staff members who makes this community such a wonderful place to call home. Recently, I had a flat tire and was feeling overwhelmed because I really needed help. Alex from the maintenance team stepped in and went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire situation. One of the things I love most about Alora West Palm Beach is that the staff truly care about the residents. Alex is a perfect example of that. He didn’t have to help me the way he did, but he took the time to make sure I was okay and helped me through a stressful situation. His kindness and willingness to help meant more than he probably realizes. Living at Alora has been a great experience, and interactions like this are exactly why. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff consistently make residents feel valued and supported. It’s comforting to know that there are people like Alex who genuinely care and take pride in what they do. Thank you, Alex, for your help and for being such an important part of what makes Alora West Palm Beach such a great community. I truly appreciate everything you did for me, and I am proud to call Alora home.
