This property offers a luxurious living experience in an excellent location, boasting easy walkability to numerous restaurants, bars, and a short distance to the beach. Many residents appreciate the upscale amenities, spacious units, and a generally friendly staff that contributes to a pleasant environment. However, some have reported issues with the valet staff's demeanor and occasional unresponsiveness from the sales office, which can be a point of frustration.

🚗😡😡😡For the first time in my life, I have encountered such disrespectful valet staff. They are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Not a single one of them shows any respect, understanding, or—at the very least—a friendly face. I don't know who hired them, but they definitely need training on how to interact with customers. I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone. I strongly advise you to think twice before handing your car over to the valet.

Why does management treat residents like garbage? We pay a fortune to live here!
