I would like to mention Jade and Melissa for being very prompt professionals, attentive and friendly. Every time I go there they always have a great attitude and help me as much as they can.

This complex has a big problem with the administration, which does nothing to help the residents. Be sure when entering or leaving this complex. You will definitely fall into disrepair; the administration will shrug and say they can't help you, despite the large number of cameras. The administration behaves very rudely and incorrectly.

I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with Admirals Port East Administrative Assistant, Yanet Rodriguez. I emailed multiple times with inquiries about the building and was ignored repeatedly. After following up, I finally received a response, but the information was contradictory and confusing. When I asked a simple follow-up question for clarification, I was ignored once again. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable.
