This condominium offers a fantastic location with stunning views and a generally friendly social atmosphere, boasting a range of amenities like a BBQ area, basketball and tennis courts, a gym, and pools. However, potential residents should be aware of recurring issues with elevator functionality, air conditioning outages, and outdated laundry facilities. While some residents praise the staff and ongoing efforts for improvement, others report challenges with management responsiveness and a perceived decline in the building's overall quality and maintenance.

I would like to mention Jade and Melissa for being very prompt professionals, attentive and friendly. Every time I go there they always have a great attitude and help me as much as they can.

This complex has a big problem with the administration, which does nothing to help the residents. Be sure when entering or leaving this complex. You will definitely fall into disrepair; the administration will shrug and say they can't help you, despite the large number of cameras. The administration behaves very rudely and incorrectly.

I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with Admirals Port East Administrative Assistant, Yanet Rodriguez. I emailed multiple times with inquiries about the building and was ignored repeatedly. After following up, I finally received a response, but the information was contradictory and confusing. When I asked a simple follow-up question for clarification, I was ignored once again. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable.
