Clean property, quiet environment, located perfectly, and a great property management team. Giselle is responsive, willing, and overall super helpful with a positive attitude. Drago is the perfect partner, he is also very helpful, great attitude and always willing to help solve any problem, no matter the size. 10/10

Even though I opted for a different spot due to commute, I was impressed by the spacious and light filled homes in this perfectly located community, and most of all by the kindness and professionalism of their representative Giselle. Highly recommend checking out 215 Park if you’re looking for a tranquil, modern, and fairly priced rental.

We went on a guided tour with Giselle and she was great, she gave us all the details and info that we needed. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. Beautiful building, very secluded and well maintained.

Living at 215 Park was truly a wonderful experience! The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and the community is peaceful and welcoming. I especially want to highlight Giselle, the property manager—she is absolutely amazing! Always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made our time there feel like home and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We were very sad to leave, and the only reason we moved out was because my daughter got accepted into a university-based high school, which required us to relocate to a different county. Otherwise, we would have happily stayed much longer. I highly recommend 215 Park to anyone looking for a great place to live with top-notch management!
