Such a great building, but what really makes it special are the people. Stephen at the front desk always gives my dog treats, and it genuinely makes our day every single time — it means more than he probably realizes. Robson is also the best and always has a smile on his face. Everyone here is kind, welcoming, and truly cares. Great people working here!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at 10X Boca. The community is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top tier, and there is a true sense of care for residents. From the pool and wellness areas to the common spaces, everything is thoughtfully designed and consistently well kept. The management and maintenance teams are responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in creating a great living experience. It truly feels like home.

I’ve toured many communities in the area, and this property is easily one of the cleanest and most well maintained I’ve seen. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff. Giselle and Kayla are absolutely amazing. They are consistently helpful, professional, and have such wonderful personalities. The property wouldn't be the same without them! I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I was moving to Boca from another city, and I’ve toured a total of 8 different properties. When I got to 10x Boca, I stopped looking. What really made me choose 10x Boca, was my experience with Josh. Starting from my tour at 10x. As someone who owns a rental property, he has been the BEST leasing person I’ve ever worked with. You can tell he actually cares, he’s professional and extremely helpful. I was on a time crunch and needed a place ASAP. He made my moving process seamless and stress free! As for the property, the apartment was clean upon moving in, the building and amenities are absolutely phenomenal, As well as the location. I have also worked with Kayla, which she was great to work with and she took care of my issue right away. Steven and the entire staff is just amazing. If you’re looking for an apartment in Boca, do yourself a favor and go see Josh at 10x. I could not recommend this place enough and excited to live here!
