101 Via Mizner Luxury Apartments

Love this place the staff are so nice and helpful.

We recently toured Mizner 101 and had an incredible experience. The building and apartments are absolutely gorgeous, but more importantly, Ashley, who gave us the tour, was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. She is a key reason why we would seriously consider moving there. We toured several luxury apartment communities, and Ashley was by far the best leasing professional we encountered. She truly represents the company exceptionally well and made a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend touring with her if you’re considering Mizner 101.

We toured with Ashley! She was so informative and great to experience the community with. We toured the 1 bedroom and the best feature was having to slide and glass doors - 1 in the living and 1 in the bedroom. I can tell the staff is so responsive, neighbors were friendly in the hallway and the beautiful sunset lounge. We really liked the floorplan with the big patio and there are so many things walking distance. Thank you to the team for keeping things looking fresh and for Ashley’s help! She’s truly a rockstar!!!!

We have been looking for an apartment in South Florida for quite some time and visited many buildings and met many Leasing consultants in the process, but Ashley Asal , From whom we just rented a beautiful unit at 101 via Mizner,, Is in a class by herself. Knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating, she led us through almost a dozen units and then repeated the process with friends of ours who were helping us and then assisted us in preparing the application and income verification And we walked out of here the happy and proud renters of a beautiful unit. I can’t pay any higher compliment to a real estate professional that we now pay to Ashley.
